The first step: selection

Everything starts with your application. Choose from the list of open positions or fill in the application form and send us your CV.
If you are applying for an open position, please make sure that your profile meets the essential requirements listed. If so, your application will be considered and – if you meet the profile we are looking for – you will be contacted by phone or e-mail in the following weeks. If the feedback is positive, you will be invited to an introductory interview. If instead you wish to send us a spontaneous application, please enter your details and your training and professional experience in the “Candidates” section: this will allow us to contact you if we have a vacancy that matches your profile.

Our priority: employee growth

Training for Markas is an essential part of the continuous development and growth of our employees. In 2017 we provided over 34,500 hours of training! In addition to the company’s standard training, each member of staff may select the training course of their choice to enhance their technical and cross-skills.
Employees can also take part in the initiatives of Markas Academy, a programme that offers staff a wide range of educational and recreational activities. The most popular include language courses during lunch breaks, information meetings with experts on current issues and lessons given by employees themselves, who become teachers for a day to make their knowledge available to others.
