Markas contributes to a fair and transparent wage structure
In order to underline its exposure to gender equality, Markas participated in the pilot project "Equal Pay" of the consulting company Deloitte. Within the framework of that participation, the employment structure within the company was analysed quantitatively and qualitatively with regards to fair and gender equitable remuneration. With over 2.000 employees in Austria, 83% of whom are female, Markas is therefore thoroughly confirmed with the issue of gender equality. Regardless of the origin or the gender - the emloyees from Markas have the same opportunities to develop their careers. Not at least because of this reason, 72% of the management positions at Markas are held by women.
