Press conference "Catering, quality and region"

On Monday the 14th of October a press conference took place at the Free University of Bolzano to present “Catering, quality and region: a week to discover the typical products of South Tyrol”, a project created by Markas and IDM South Tyrol with the scientific support of Prof. Lucio Lucchin and sponsored by the Free University of Bolzano. At the centre of the initiative there is the idea that the canteen can be a perfect place to spread a nutrition culture by offering the students a multifaceted experience.
