17 months of training, numerous innovative learning techniques and a lot of commitment: MarkaSeeds represents the path of selected devoted employees, who embody Markas’ values, to personal and professional growth. During the training scheme, which included monthly meetings between October 2019 and February 2021, the participants had the chance to acquire knowledge and develop key skills that according to the company’s management are considered strategic for the company’s future.
Knowledge of Markas processes, problem solving, innovative thinking and cost analysis were just some of the skills developed during this experience. Overall, MarkaSeeds has been a deeper development journey on a personal and professional level. To achieve such a result, many different training approaches were used. From theoretical lessons to outdoor team building activities and role playing workshops, there was a great variety of activities in order to ensure a lifewide learning experience for all participants.
