Facility - Mobility

Our Facility service for transport hubs.

Stations, air terminals, hubs and transit points are in continuous movement. Markas oversees air ducts, technical rooms, outside areas and pest control with services designed not to disrupt the movement of people.

Overview

In transit hubs, everything must operate smoothly without attracting attention.

When moving through a station or air terminal, people rarely stop, yet they expect a safe, hygienic environment ready for use. That’s exactly where our Facility service operates: in the details that help the place to run smoothly and stay safe.

Specific activities

For spaces that are always on the move.

Our Facility service oversees complementary but critical aspects of transport hubs, with scheduled or ad hoc operations designed around access needs, timetables, footfall peaks and daily movements of people.

Air-duct cleaning
Operations on air ducts and the associated technical rooms, because air quality contributes to wellbeing in indoor spaces for waiting and transit.
Pest and rodent control
We prevent and manage the presence of insects and rodents with discreet operations tailored to open, accessible places crossed by many people every day.
Outside areas and pathways
We look after entrances, through-ways, outside areas and pathways, because your experience of a place begins before you even enter.
