Strong results in line with our strategy for sustainable growth towards 2030

Consolidated revenue up 10% year on year, reaching almost €451 million.

We closed 2025 with consolidated revenue of almost €451 million, up 10% from €410 million in 2024, EBITDA of €24.7 million and a net profit of €9.9 million. These strong results reflect our strategy for sustainable growth towards 2030.

Over the coming years, we aim to exceed €500 million in consolidated revenue, with growth strategies tailored to Italy, Austria and Germany.

Putting people first.

In a complex sector that has undergone significant change in recent years, our development is built on four strategic pillars: our people, sustainability, innovation and customers.

“At the heart of our organisation, and the foundation of our growth, there are more than 13,000 employees from different cultures and backgrounds,” says Evelyn Kirchmaier, the new CEO of Markas Italia. “Across Italy, Germany and Austria, we provide ongoing training to professionals of more than 90 nationalities, who deliver high-quality services across our operating divisions: Clean, Food, Housekeeping, Logistics & Care and Facility.”

In 2025 alone, we delivered more than 95,000 hours of employee training and launched initiatives to strengthen connections between colleagues and foster a greater sense of belonging.

Markas Italy closed the 2025 financial year with a value of production of €337 million, accounting for approximately 75% of the Group total.

On the customer side, 2025 confirmed the strength of our portfolio: we successfully renewed all strategically important contracts due for renewal and took part in around 450 tenders, submitting bids worth a total of €665 million.

THE NEW ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Markas Italy’s new organisational structure.

To support these ambitions and respond more effectively to future challenges, we have reviewed and strengthened the organisational structure of Markas Italy.

Effective 1 July 2026, Evelyn Kirchmaier took on the role of CEO, having previously served as Managing Director. As Chairman, Christoph Kasslatter retains direct oversight of the Group companies, guiding their development and consolidation in international markets.

Operational management is entrusted to two newly appointed Managing Directors. Claudia Flaim, formerly Sales & Marketing Director, becomes Sales & Operations Managing Director, bringing commercial and operational activities into closer alignment. Davide Calderaro, previously Procurement & Maintenance Director, takes on the role of Corporate Services Managing Director to ensure consistent, coordinated oversight of all corporate functions.

At Group level, David Demetz and Armin Boschetto continue to lead Markas Austria and Markas Germany respectively as Managing Directors. By recognising and promoting internal talent, this structure is designed to strengthen decision-making across the Group and prepare the organisation for the challenges ahead.

EVELYN KIRCHMAIER, CEO OF MARKAS ITALIA

“2025 delivered strong results, built day by day through the dedication of our people and the trust of our customers.”

“Looking ahead to 2026 and 2027, our focus is firmly on consolidation and stability. We want to build on what we have achieved, make our organisation even more resilient and lay the foundations for continued sustainable growth towards 2030.

For us, growth is about more than revenue. It is also measured by the quality of the services we provide, the positive impact we make in the communities where we operate, and our ability to be a company that employees and customers can truly rely on.”
