Position

We are looking for a/a digital transformation project management specialist for our IT Department.

The resource will be responsible for:

• Ensure the governance and organization of IT projects, guaranteeing a constant overview of objectives, timelines, and resources;
• Conduct requirements analysis and functional design, mapping AS-IS processes and formalizing new TO-BE workflows;
• Break down projects into operational phases, defining critical milestones and deliverables, and monitoring progress;
• Oversee the technical implementation phases, acting as a facilitator between the development team and business stakeholders;
• Coordinate the execution of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) by users, identifying and reporting any non-conformities or deviations from requirements;
• Manage communication with stakeholders and the project team, providing timely updates and drafting technical and functional documentation to support the project.

Requirements

• diploma or degree;
• proven experience managing and coordinating complex IT projects, preferably in areas related to digital transformation;
• proficiency in functional analysis methodologies and process modeling skills (BPMN or equivalent standards);
• anowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related monitoring tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar);
• aptitude for data analysis and consolidation, with advanced knowledge of Excel;
• good command of English;
• results-oriented, excellent planning skills, and aptitude for teamwork.
