Job vacancies at Markas

People have always been at the centre of our activities: we believe that their satisfaction is fundamental in ensuring the quality of our service.

We have never stopped investing in our staff, developing their skills, offering opportunities for training and growth, and ensuring totally safe working conditions.

As a confirmation of our focus on our people and their needs, in 2022 Markas conducted its first independent employee satisfaction survey targeting the entire company workforce. The starting point of a path that has led us to establish proactive policies focused on the well-being of employees. These include obtaining the Family Audit certification for work-life balance and getting the Gender Equality certification designed to ensure that Markas is an increasingly open and inclusive workplace.

Working for Markas

Employees are the beating heart of Markas. We believe that, with their commitment and unique qualities, every employee can contribute every day to making what we do both important and unequalled.

This is why we invest in recognizing, enhancing and rewarding the talents of our staff with interesting job prospects and attractive career paths.

The first step: selection

Everything starts with your application. Choose from the list of open positions or fill in the application form and send us your CV.

If you are applying for an open position, please make sure that your profile meets the essential requirements listed. If so, your application will be considered and – if you meet the profile we are looking for – you will be contacted by phone or e-mail in the following weeks. If the feedback is positive, you will be invited to an introductory interview.

If instead you wish to send us a spontaneous application, we will contact you if we have a vacancy that matches your profile.

Our priority: employee growth

Training for Markas is an essential part of the continuous development and growth of our employees. Every year we provide more than 40,000 hours of training! In addition to the company’s standard training, each member of staff may select the training course of their choice to enhance their technical and cross-skills.

Employees can also take part in the initiatives of Markas People Academy, a programme that offers staff a wide range of educational and recreational activities. The most popular include language courses during lunch breaks, information meetings with experts on current issues and lessons given by employees themselves, who become teachers for a day to make their knowledge available to others.
