2025 Consolidated Financial Results: Strong Growth and a New Leadership Structure

01.07.2026

We closed 2025 with consolidated revenue of almost €451 million, up 10% from €410 million in 2024, an EBITDA of €24.7 million, and net profit of €9.9 million. These strong results reflect our long-term strategy for sustainable growth towards 2030.

Over the coming years, we aim to exceed €500 million in consolidated revenue, driven by balanced growth across Italy, Austria and Germany.

People first

In an increasingly complex industry that has undergone significant change in recent years, our growth is built on four strategic pillars: our people, sustainability, innovation and customers.

"Our greatest strength – and the foundation of our growth – is our team of more than 13,000 colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures," says Evelyn Kirchmaier, the new CEO of Markas Italy. "Across Italy, Germany and Austria, we support and develop professionals from more than 90 nationalities, who deliver high-quality services across our five business divisions: Clean, Food, Housekeeping, Logistics & Care and Facility."

In 2025 alone, we delivered more than 95,000 hours of training for our employees and launched several initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement and fostering an even stronger sense of belonging across the organisation.

A new leadership structure for Markas Italy

To support our long-term ambitions and respond more effectively to future challenges, we have strengthened the organisational structure of Markas Italy.

Effective 1 July 2026, Evelyn Kirchmaier transitions from the role of Managing Director to CEO. As Chairman, Christoph Kasslatter continues to lead the Group's companies directly, overseeing their growth and consolidation across international markets.

Operational management will now be led by two newly appointed Managing Directors. Claudia Flaim, formerly Sales & Marketing Director, has been appointed Sales & Operations Managing Director, reflecting our commitment to closer integration between commercial and operational activities. Davide Calderaro, previously Procurement & Maintenance Director, takes on the role of Corporate Services Managing Director, ensuring consistent and coordinated leadership across all corporate functions.

At Group level, David Demetz and Armin Boschetto continue to lead Markas Austria and Markas Germany, respectively, in their roles as Managing Directors. This new organisational structure, built on the strength of internal talent development, is designed to enhance the Group's decision-making capabilities and prepare the business for the opportunities and challenges ahead.

"The strong results achieved in 2025 are the outcome of the daily commitment of our people and the trust our customers place in us," says Evelyn Kirchmaier, CEO of Markas Italy. "As we look ahead to 2026 and 2027, our priority is to consolidate what we have built and strengthen the foundations of our organisation.

We want to continue growing sustainably towards 2030, not only in terms of revenue, but also through the quality of our services, the positive impact we create in the communities where we operate, and our ability to remain a trusted partner for both our employees and our customers."
