From Training to employment
Our partnership has taken shape through a series of training placements integrated into our operational teams in the cleaning and food services. From day one, we have been committed to providing all the essential elements needed to ensure a safe and well-structured experience, including health and safety training, personal protective equipment, and medical assessments.
Each placement has been designed to offer continuous support and hands-on learning opportunities, enabling participants to develop practical skills while laying the foundations for long-term employment. This goal has been successfully achieved, with several participants securing jobs at the end of their training journey as a result of their commitment and dedication.
