Markas GmbH recertified for family-friendly commitment

MMag. Dr. Susanne Raab - Federal Minister for Women, Family, Integration and Media - with our colleagues from the Markas HR team to whome she handed the state quality mark berufundfamilie.
 
On May 10, 2023 the awarding ceremony of the certificates berufundfamilie, hochschuleundfamilie as well as berufundfamilie took place at Palais Berg in Vienna. Representatives of a total of 93 companies - also including Markas-, universities, and health and care institutions from a wide range of sectors were honored for their commitment to even greater family-friendliness.
 
A good work-life balance is one of our particular concerns
 
Of our approximately 2,200 employees at Markas in Austria, almost 75% work part-time. The issue of work-life balance is therefore of great concern to us.
