Our approach: 
It all started with a brief. After listening and outlining our client's needs, we started creating a curated housekeeping package that would be suitable for Versilia Lido | UNA Esperienze. Above all, our custom-made service had to guarantee a safe re-opening.

We carefully studied our client's business, their guests expectations and new health protocols.

We then united our hospitality expertise and our 30 years' experience in the sanitization sector in order to provide our staff with a complete training that would allow them to deliver the highest levels of safety, without compromising on comfort or quality.

Our housekeeping team worked hand in hand with the hotel management team and in a limited time, we guaranteed a safe hotel restart for all guests and personnel. 

After several months of closure and inactivity, we offered the hotel the support required to resume operations. Thorough cleaning was performed prior to the re-opening while all areas were disinfected using hydrogen peroxide and in accordance with the official health and safety protocol standards.
